Replace the intro screencast with the new recording and rename it to info-doc-v2.mp4 so browsers and CDNs don't keep serving the cached old one.

Replaces the screencast on the Intro page with the new recording (1440×1080, 32.5s, H.264).
The file is renamed from
info-doc.mp4toinfo-doc-v2.mp4, anddocs/intro.mdpoints to the new name, so cached copies of the old video aren't served.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
