Swap in the new intro recording as info-doc-v3.mp4 so cached copies of v2 aren't served. With only the legal page in it, the sidebar section reads better as Use cases than Templates; its URLs are unchanged.
Re-encode at CRF 26 with faststart so the autoplaying video downloads quickly and starts before it has fully loaded.
Swap in the re-exported recording (compressed to 2.9 MB, as before).
