- Added BepiColombo data through the seppy loader
- Added option to exclude certain observers from the fitting processes

- This can be different for peak and temporal fitting.

- The number of data points remaining must still be at least four for the Gaussian to attempt the fit.

- When plotting the excluded observer, the data looks 'hollow' such that marker faces are now white and linestyles are dashed to show which observer wasn't included in the fitting process.
Still work in progress.
Will still plot the data but markers will have a white face and lines will now be dashed. The excluded_observers do not go through the fitting process. Can have different excluded_observers for peak fitting and temporal fitting.

This includes adding a wind loader. This is only for the low energy electrons (i.e. using the EPT/SEPT loaders), this will be updated in the future to include higher-energy electrons from the HET instruments.
Including the appendix and glossary. Added the IC factors and RS values for low-energy electrons.
Including the (now required) input for "species" in the data loading function call.
I changed PSP EpiHi to PSP EPI-Hi and the baseline image test failed.
