Make file detection regex configurable

Detached from the other issue, since it is a trickier task than the others.

• Add command line parameter for regex
• Add command line parameter for regex capture group #s for edition (must be same between the files to be considered as a pair) and version (must be different)
• Change the patch filename behavior; most probably by disabling the predefined variables and only allowing a plain args[] containing the raw capture group results (plus probably another array for values run through the normalizer)
