Updates Data Product Roles section to use the same four roles as the
UI: Owner, Maintainer, Writer, Reader — replacing the outdated
Owner/Contributor/Viewer model.

The codebase uses a single MembershipRole enum (owners, maintainers,
write_data, read_data) for both account and product memberships.
