Description
File commands for product data, run against the data proxy's S3 API with the CLI's own STS credentials. These need no source.coop endpoint, so they can start now.
Part of #21. Per the epic, the CLI validates nothing itself: it sends the request and shows the API's field_errors. Add a CLI path to docs.source.coop docs/using-source/ wherever this flow gets one.

As of right now, we're planning to let standard tools (eg
aws s3) interact with the data proxy and avoid implementing those within the CLI
