Summary

Update agenthooksprotocol from 0.9.0 to 0.10.1 and integrate server-driven hook configuration. Resolve discovery before subscription-dependent decisions so discovered response interceptors withhold previews and discovered compaction hooks disable speculative preparation.

Impact

Configured hook servers can supply subscriptions when the registration omits subscriptions; explicit subscriptions retain client-defined routing. Kit authorizes server-provided upload settings, trusting configured backends with upload destinations, credential bindings, and forwarding of configured headers. Host event and effect grants remain unchanged.

Technical details

Remove the construction-time response-interception snapshot and inspect initialized SDK routes instead. Await discovery before constructing compaction policy, and document discovery failure behavior and upload trust.

The dependency update preserves existing features and changes no transitive packages. Release archives match registry checksums and upstream source; registry publisher verification was unavailable and release tags are unsigned.
