Ahrefs reports "Structured data has schema.org validation error" on all 9 crawled pages. They share one JSON-LD graph, built in src/layouts/Layout.astro.

The SoftwareApplication node carried codeRepository. That property is defined on SoftwareSourceCode, not on SoftwareApplication or any of its parents (CreativeWork, Thing), so it is not valid there. The repository stays declared through the existing sameAs entry, which points at the same GitHub URL. I removed codeRepository and nothing else.

I built the site and checked every property of every JSON-LD node in every built page against the full schema.org vocabulary (schemaorg-current-https.jsonld, walking subClassOf for inherited properties). Before the change the only unknown property was SoftwareApplication.codeRepository. After it, none are left, across WebSite, Organization, Person, SoftwareApplication, Offer and BreadcrumbList. npm test passes, including the internal link check.
