Attach to IIS buttons is not present

I really liked that button 'Attach to IIS' where I didn't have to open process dialog & select process.

I use that feature about 10 times a day at work sometimes twice that much on a busy day. This feature is one of two that is stopping me from switching fully to VS 2015. The other is the find active file in project.

@mcenal if you are using ReSharper, you can use Alt+Shift+L to find active file in solution explorer.

OzCode also has a quick attach button if you are using that at all as well
