Bug: Misleading text about car charging

The dashboard show the following label:
"The ready time has passed, so FTW is not charging. Set a new ready time, or choose Charge now."

even though I dont have a schedule set.

Expected should be "No schedule set. Create a schedule or charge manually" or similar.

Fixed on master in 63b12b2 (#1370). It is included in the v0.132.2-beta.1 release that is publishing from bd6cce8.

Fixed in #1370 (63b12b2), shipped since v0.132.2-beta.1 and in the current v0.136.0-beta.1. The fix and its test are on master: with no schedule the card says "No schedule set. Create a schedule or charge manually." (`web/ev-commanded-reason.test.mjs`). Reopen if you still see it on v0.136.0-beta.1.
