docs(beta): name v0.137.1-beta.1 and say how drivers reach a site - #1435

The beta guide and README name v0.137.1-beta.1. Two examples named v0.136.5-beta.1, which was never published; they now use the current beta. A short Drivers section says that drivers move with ftw update and ftw rollback, and that another signed version of one driver is chosen under Settings › Devices, in the device's Versions.
