Right now entries that serve as the mount point for a collection get a few extra links in the hierarchical entry view. These links are labeled "Add/Edit" and clicking on "Add" will start a new entry in that collection and clicking on "Edit" will show the list of entries in that collection.
I think "Edit" is an unfortunately ambiguous term. Here's what this looks like...
To me, and to some of my clients, the "Edit" seems to imply that upon a click I will end up editing the entry "Stories". Of course, clicking on "Stories" will do that, but the word "Edit" is pretty powerfully attractive. Furthermore, this hides from me and these clients the fact that there is a quick jump available to the list of entries for this collection.
I think Statamic should change "Add/Edit" to "Add/Show" to better distinguish this second link from editing the entry itself. "Show" is already a term in the localization files, so this would not cause translation issues. "Show" more clearly describes the action that results from clicking this link: showing the collection in question. I think this would improve clarity in Statamic.
