Clarify the Dirac distribution example and CDF boundary - #483
The Dirac example now uses the CDF and shows what happens exactly at the point mass. The method docs had the boundary the other way around. All three Dirac examples and eleven unit tests passed locally.
The Dirac documentation now explains its point mass and CDF jump. The example checks CDF and survival-function values at and around the mass. The method descriptions clarify boundary behavior; implementations are unchanged.
The example imports ContinuousCDF and checks CDF and survival-function values around the mass. The method descriptions state that the CDF is 0 below the mass and 1 at or above it, while the survival function is 1 below and 0 at or above it.
The documentation correctly describes the CDF boundary behavior. An additional example assertion would improve coverage, but no merge-blocking issue remains.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title "Clarify the Dirac distribution example and CDF boundary" matches the changeset. The raw summary says the Dirac docs and example now use ContinuousCDF, and the CDF and survival-function descriptions now state their behavior at the point mass. The PR objectives describe the same example and boundary changes. The title is specific and short. It does not mention the linked issue #340 (the missing Continuous entry in the trait list), but the title is not required to cover every detail. The title does not state that the boundary condition was reversed, but it names the boundary change.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
All changes are in src/distribution/dirac.rs and stay within the Dirac documentation. The crate-level doc example now imports ContinuousCDF instead of Continuous, which relates to #340. It adds cdf and sf assertions to the example. The cdf and sf doc comments now state the boundary at the point mass: 0 below and 1 at or above for cdf, and 1 below and 0 at or above for sf. The code at x < self.0 matches these comments, so the old text ('1 if x > v') was incorrect. The CDF boundary text is not part of #340. It is a documentation clarification of the same type, is stated in the PR description, and does not change behavior. No code paths or public declarations changed.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 100.00% which is sufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 2 functions across 1 files.

Explanation
Issue #340 asks that the Dirac documentation list the Continuous trait. The reporter assumed Dirac implements Continuous because the doc example imported it. At the base, the example imports Continuous (use statrs::distribution::{Dirac, Continuous};), but src/distribution/dirac.rs has no impl Continuous for Dirac at the base or at the head. The PR removes the Continuous import from the example and changes the CDF and sf doc comments. It adds no Continuous impl. The rustdoc trait list is generated from impl blocks, so it still shows ContinuousCDF and omits Continuous after this PR. The PR body states 'Fixes #340', but the diff does not change the trait list the issue reports. The removed import is a related fix, because it removes the misleading signal that caused the report. The issue's requested outcome, however, is unmet.
Resolution
Choose one outcome and align the PR with it. (a) If Dirac should implement Continuous, add impl Continuous<f64, f64> for Dirac with a defined pdf and ln_pdf (or the Continuous trait's required methods) and add unit tests for it. (b) If Dirac should not implement Continuous, remove 'Fixes #340' from the PR description, state that the PR only removes the misleading example import, and update #340 so it is not closed as implemented.

Add an assertion to the Dirac CDF tests, located near the existing assertions in
the test documentation, verifying that cdf returns 1.0 for a value above the
