Text size doesn't change on change of magnification factor

When adding text, you can right click to change the magnification factor 
for the text. This correctly changes the dimensions of the outline that 
shows where the text will end up. However, the software was recently 
modified to also display the text as well, and this text is not changing 
size (when you click to actually add the new text, it DOES gain the correct 
size).
