Support non-standard inquire parameters #522
Description
The Intel Fortran compiler supports querying if a directory exists (which is usually unsupported ... might work with most compilers ;) ). fparser does not allow these options (see https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/fortran-compiler/developer-guide-reference/2024-2/obtain-file-information-inquire-statement.html)
This is required for using Fab with jules and an intel compiler.

@hiker I realised I missed something when reviewing #523 - you've not updated the 'Extensions' part of the docs (https://fparser.readthedocs.io/en/latest/fparser2.html#extensions). Would you mind doing a small PR to fix this? That can then be a 'closes #522'.
