Release 0.2.5 #528
Description
For various reasons, we could do with making a new release of fparser containing the latest fixes (so that it can parse Jules).
@hiker - when do you need this by?
@LonelyCat124 - are you likely to get back to the F2008 intrinsics soon or shall we hold off (#518)?
We may be able to get #484 fixed too.

Very early September if possible, we want to do a Fab release around 3rd or 4th of September (assuming that we get the outstanding Fab tickets done by then :) )
