The sole maintainer currently has to toggle Prevent self-review around each Mint environment approval. Record the owner's standing decision to allow self-approval and remove the temporary-exception/restoration steps.
Required approval by rdpollard, main-only deployment, disabled administrator bypass, exact repository/workflow runner-group restrictions, SHA/hash bindings, activation gates and fresh ephemeral-runner requirements remain in place. Preserve earlier approval/restoration evidence as historical observations and explicitly identify the new policy as superseding the old procedure. Do not request re-enabling Prevent self-review without a concrete, material reason.
Validation: 121 mocked/static checks passed during procedure revision; whitespace checks passed. The sole changed file is docs/MINT-HOST-INVENTORY.md, within the exact infrastructure installer-skip scope. No executable code or workflow changes. GitHub readback confirmed prevent_self_review=false, reviewer rdpollard retained and administrator bypass disabled.
Publication authorizes no activation, runner operations, dispatch, native execution, downloads, guests, builds, packages or releases. Keep this PR unmerged for review; #73 remains draft and unmerged. Any later main merge invalidates the previous execution SHA approval and requires a freshly bound packet.
