- Adds an "App builders" section to the pricing page: Depot (default) and Fly builders are currently free, and so are registry image storage and image pulls to Machines.
- Covers image retention: images used by an existing Machine are kept, and unused images may be deleted. we'll give ample notice before any charges start.
- Adds a "No charge" row to the pricing summary table and a short builder/registry section to the billing page, linking to the new section.
