Fixed
pnpm dev:docs,pnpm build:docson Windows.Build and the docs typecheck failed at their first step, generating the UI API reference: the script spawned TypeDoc through a POSIX-only bin shim and passed it entry points with backslashes, which TypeDoc reads as glob escapes. It now runs TypeDoc's own bin with node and passes forward-slash paths.
