Applies the org-decided low-friction commitlint policy to root
commitlint.config.ts. Commitlint change only.Why: the error-level cosmetic rules fail whole commits for things with zero downstream impact. Trailing periods (
subject/header/body-full-stop) and an unguessablescope-enumhard-failed otherwise-fine agent commits, andtype-matches-diff-shapeis a staged-diff heuristic that guessed wrong and blocked. Releases in these repos run on changesets (.changeset/*.md), not commit messages, so none of these rules gate correctness or versioning.Changes:
