The FileManager functional fixture is inherited by the manual reconciliation fixture. Call
GC.SuppressFinalize(this)after resource cleanup and environment restoration inDisposeAsyncto satisfy the disposal analyzer and support derived types with finalizers.Validation: scoped build passed with zero warnings/errors; all 50 FileManager functional tests passed.
