ChatGPT 的“刷新工具”实际返回 HTTP 400：
mcp_validation: Invalid MCP tool schema for tool 'authoring_document_put'。已有 JSON Schema/SDK 验收通过没有覆盖 ChatGPT 导入约束。MCP 适配层将资料中的固定同构数字元组等价转换为对象形式的 array.items，保留恰好四项及 0–1 数值约束，应用于 authoring_document_put 和 reference_plan_validate。协议/资源 Schema、领域校验与历史数据不变，不需要数据库迁移。
验证：typecheck、lint、63 条集成测试通过。新增 HTTP tools/list 回归检查全部数组项格式，并验证投影前后的合法值、错误长度、类型及范围拒绝结果相同。发布后以 ChatGPT 管理页刷新及实际工具列表为最终验收，不以 SDK 通过替代。
已发布并完成 ChatGPT 本体回读：合并提交 e92311e，CI 40213899314 第 2 次运行通过（63 条集成、20 条 Chromium）；第 1 次失败来自原有角色绑定测试的按钮忙碌时序。生产 Worker version a4631b68-9617-45c2-bb75-dd438b732b8e，部署 75ba704b-a4f7-4bdb-b6f5-22e2e3b18f80，100%。ChatGPT 管理页同一 refresh_actions 请求从 400 schema 验证失败变为 200，返回 43 actions；重新加载插件详情后，实际显示 43 工具，包括 authoring_document_put、project_list、trash_list，不再显示无工具。未修改认证、权限、项目或素材数据。
