Covers SEC-07 in teaql-java#217 with a Gson classpath regression; Jackson remains explicitly denied.

Exact combined tree 5fe3410 passed all five main-targeted jobs: Build and Test, full Examples, PostgreSQL/MySQL, SQL Server, and Business ID SQL Server. The local affected reactor, two-round Committed and Secret examples, generated shared-load-state fixture, and full runtime-example script also passed. Closing this CI-only PR without merge; formal feature review and internal artifact/production gates remain separate. |

CI-only exact combined tree 5fe3410. Parents are Committed audit/reconciliation draft #228 at 092e483 and Secret Provider #218 at a32ddaa. Three example/module-list conflicts retain both feature suites. Local affected reactor, Committed runtime/generated example twice, and Secret Provider example twice passed. Do not merge this PR; formal review paths remain separate. This PR only qualifies the combined tree through main-targeted CI.
