fix(bootstrap): keep the legacy artifact-registry-secret credential - #20

Devices from older installers keep their ghcr credential in
artifact-registry-secret. A re-bootstrap points the default ServiceAccounts at
teknoir-registry-secret only, so without --docker-secret it got an empty
config and private images stopped pulling (orin-agx-32gb-se after its
re-bootstrap on 2026-10-16). The script now takes teknoir-registry-secret or,
failing that, artifact-registry-secret, and skips an empty {"auths":{}}.

Re-bootstrapping a device from an older installer (credential in
artifact-registry-secret) pointed the default ServiceAccounts atteknoir-registry-secretwith an empty config, so private images stopped pulling (seen on orin-agx-32gb-se after its 19:03Z re-bootstrap). Without--docker-secretthe script now keepsteknoir-registry-secretor elseartifact-registry-secret, skipping an empty{"auths":{}}.
