Summary
Remove the long-deprecated Angular wrapper, Vue wrapper, and Scale-owned design-token packages from this monorepo.
@telekom/design-tokens, and legacy CSS token aliases.Compatibility
This intentionally ends source and future releases for the retired packages, including wrapper-neutral variants. It does not unpublish existing npm versions. Consumers of retired package imports must migrate before adopting this change.
Angular and Vue support Web Components directly. Use the core package or its neutral variant; Angular reactive forms still need application value accessors, and Vue form controls need explicit property/event bindings. The design-token package is independently maintained and versioned.
Retained core component APIs, styles, React generation, and legacy CSS aliases are unchanged. The pre-existing neutral React imports/peer dependency on the branded core are unchanged and outside this cleanup.
Local Verification
The full core/build/publish verification below ran on
4183580c76c29e4b2d070bc9743210bec7f74fb6, before the example follow-up. All tracked source hashes and file modes in that disposable Linux snapshot matched this commit. The follow-up does not change core source, React generation, publishing scripts, or the root dependency graph.latest; neutral core and React taggednext.--no-push; no deployment refs were pushed.Example follow-up verification:
yarn.lockpassedyarn install --frozen-lockfilewithout changes. The independent examples are outside the rootpackages/*workspaces and have no tracked lockfiles.Environment: Node 24.18.0, Yarn 1.22.22, Debian 12, and the workflow Chromium revision 1055161. GitHub uses Ubuntu 22.04; these are local workflow-command checks, not hosted Actions infrastructure checks. Live npm authentication/OIDC and GitHub deployment permissions were not exercised. No public packages, releases, or deployments were created.
