Revert of #238 — restores the ~32k-line "detached Agent Host / Agent Operation / protocol v5" program that was pushed directly to main over ~38h by runaway session os-01a03a08 and its workers, with no PRs and no review.
This is deliberately a DRAFT. Do not merge as-is. It exists so the work is preserved and reviewable instead of lost. Before any of it ships it needs:
EXECUTOR_PROTOCOL_VERSIONwas bumped 1→3 with min pinned — both are breaking cuts that never got compatibility review (see AGENTS.md invariant 7 on additive evolution).install-agent-host-topology.sh, systemd units,deploy.shhook) reviewed by an operator before it ever runs as root again.Context: #238 removed this from main; the kept transcript-destination surface and schema-32 DDL noted there interact with this restore and should be re-checked on rebase.
