Adds
-O<n>/--opt-level,--featuresand--libdevicetowarpforthc. Values are validated byWarpForthPipelineOptions::parseFromString, so accepted values and error messages matchwarpforth-opt'swarpforth-pipeline.--emit=mlir|llvm|ptxis not included: it needs design calls on where each stage stops and how to print it.check-clang-tidyfails on canon already (static-over-anonymous-namespace in ForthToGPU.cpp and ForthToMemRef.cpp); none of it is in files this PR touches.check-iwyuis unavailable locally.
