docs(plan): from the basics to an intermediate level, with a delivery checklist - #415
Conversation
… checklist @Thierry's decision (1 October 2026): Terminal Learning becomes the reference for learning the terminal up to an intermediate level, within what a faithful simulation can do; job-specific tools are not simulated and the site points to free external labs instead. - docs/strategy/2026-10-01-bases-vers-intermediaire.md: rationale, scope, ordered lots 0 to 9, what evolves at every lot. - docs/processes/curriculum-delivery-checklist.md: before / during / before-PR / after-PR checklist for any command, lesson or module, including every place a public counter lives. - ROADMAP (Phase 5d, 5c reframed, 11b on hold), plan.md (Phase 5d), CLAUDE.md (phase line + pointer to the checklist), release checklist (llms*.txt and index.html counters). Summary
On 1 October 2026, @Thierry decided what Terminal Learning should become: the reference for learning the terminal, from zero up to an intermediate level, within the limits of what a faithful simulation can do.
This PR writes that plan down and adds the procedure that keeps each delivery complete.
docs/strategy/2026-10-01-bases-vers-intermediaire.md(FR): the rationale, what is in and out of scope, and the reference shells (Git Bash, PowerShell 7 en-US, Ubuntu under WSL 2). It orders the work into lots 0 to 9, about 15 to 20 PRs for the core, and lists what has to change with every lot.docs/processes/curriculum-delivery-checklist.md(FR): a checklist in four stages (before, during, before the PR, after the PR) for any new command, lesson or module. It lists every place a public counter lives:landingContent.ts;index.htmlmetadata and FAQ JSON-LD;llms.txtandllms-full.txt;llms*.txtandindex.html.Docs only: 6 files and no runtime file, so this is Voie C with a smoke test of the preview.
