problem with pulling image from gitlab

I have problem with gitlab registry pulling image, can you upload somewhere else ?

# docker pull registry.gitlab.com/timvisee/send:latest Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry.gitlab.com/v2/": context deadline exceeded

Does the issue still persist? It is possible for the host to have been temporarily down.

Hosting on Docker Hub is not very reliable either due to the rate limits they now have.

I build source from git, but have problem with that too :
