- Landing page with the animated FLASH schedule (N = 16, causal), the three claims, and links to the visualizer and docs. - Six docs pages with live demos: what attention computes (float), the online softmax (engine run recorded tile by tile), the FlashAttention traffic (generated table), fixed point (INT8 quantizer, measured error), the architecture diagram, and verification (each check with its command, and the measured tables). Plus a docs index. - Generated web/src/lib/measured.ts from the golden model, the recorded 1000-seed study and the N = 32 cycle baselines; pytest fails if it or the other generated tables are stale. - Social card at /og (1200 x 630) captured to web/public/og.png; screenshot to docs/media/visualizer.png; og and twitter meta tags in the layout. - README rewritten for the series: live link, verification table with the measured numbers, repository map, quick start. - Browser tests for every page (status, no console errors, islands render, demos respond) and every page at 375 px. - --line colour token added to both themes. Docs tables scroll inside their own box on phones.
…le across BLAS builds CI's golden test failed on the last digits of maxErr (float64 summation order differs between machines). The docs show four decimals; rounding to six makes the generated file platform-independent.
