Moves vendor/tinytools from 68163b16 to e2bf1be (tinytools main). It carries tinyhumansai/tinytools#52 (network tools user agent), #53 (HTTP request error detail), #55 (apply_patch top-level path) and #56 (exit-code hints; web_fetch max_bytes bounds the extracted markdown and its description says so).

The tinytools crate version is unchanged (0.5.0) and it is a path dependency here, so no lockfile or release is involved. The OpenHuman benchmark bundle has been building tinyagents against this tinytools commit for the last day of runs.
