An agent working directory can appear at any depth. Without these two lines a stray
git add -Acommits an ephemeral worktree as a gitlink (it just happened intinytars/lexi), and agent memory — which belongs only inplover-context— can drift in behind the pre-commit hook.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
