Add explanations for actions/commands "timeout", "exclude", "reportDetails"

• actions are very unclear, for example, what does the -timeout do
• the -exclude flag does not exclude the probe
• -reportDetails quick is not producing the shorter report"

These explanations should be in the documentation, help, and prompt users in the CLI where it makes sense to

I just tested this and the exclude flag works for me: java -jar apps/TLS-Server-Scanner.jar -connect 127.0.0.3 -scanDetail QUICK -exclude SESSION_TICKET_PADDING_ORACLE,SESSION_TICKET_MANIPULATION. You have to type the probe correctly though, which is not super user friendly. There should probably be an error when you mistype and it does not match any probe.

There is a huge difference between NORMAL, DETAILED, and ALL. However, the difference between QUICK and NORMAL is indeed very minor. The differences are:

• InvalidCurve details
• Not finished tests

Maybe we should consider merging QUICK and NORMAL
