The GitHub repo stays at toneflix/paystack-php; only the published Composer package name changes, dropping the redundant -php suffix.

PHPUnit's TestResult::wasSuccessful() fails on any test-runner-triggered warning (which 'No code coverage driver available' is) independent of failOnWarning -- there's no XML flag that suppresses it. CI never passes a --coverage-* flag, so drop the <coverage> report block entirely; <source> alone still scopes what a local --coverage-html run measures. Verified locally: vendor/bin/phpunit exits 0 with no warning.
