Developed bar graphs on employee travel by department, scatter plots analyzing attrition by work duration under managers. Compared promotions against job role tenure, created graphs linking total experience with attrition. I highlighted departmental trends,showing attrition rates,average tenures,and departments with extreme attribute values.

I've done an Analysis on the HR data to analyze the different Attrition of the employees of different age groups, different departments,etc
