Data collection and analysis of the second ticks from WWV/WWVH.

Off-grid time reference for FT8/JS8 on a $60 pocket radio: syncs from FM RDS and WWV, rates its sources Green/Yellow/Red, and serves NTP from its own Wi-Fi. No internet, no GPS, no soldering.

Musical adaptation of WWV time station; uses Python to generate an FFMPEG command line that streams audio/video of the time.
