What changed

Things that moved on main and in the registry since the v0.15.0 pages went out. Nothing here claims a new release.

  • #1630 closed (PR #1709): governed-path iPhone evidence landed on main. BirdNET v2.4 on one iPhone 14 Pro Max, p95 141.3 ms per 3 s clip under [coreml, wasm-cpu] (Core ML all), top-5 21/21 vs wasm-cpu. It relies on schema 2.3.0 score_transform (#1705), unreleased. Replaced "still open" lines on the GPU, exact-ref, which-hosts, not-claim-yet, platforms, what-is-real-today pages, changelog (as "open at release"), the Oct 15 blog (dated update), and llms.txt.
  • #1661 closed (PR #1704): multi-IO ONNX packaging is on main, not released; audited runner rebuild and signed reference encoder still pending. ONNX Q&A + blog + llms.
  • registry#639: model.execute@1.0.0 is in the catalog (index-v407). Pins traverse.model-runtime 2.3.0 (main; v0.15.0 carries 2.2.0); registry spec 027 is draft.

New Q&As

  • /questions/how-fast-does-a-model-run-on-iphone-with-traverse.html: one measured case, scoped (one device, one model, test-only key, CC BY-NC-SA weights), follow-ups #1706/#1707/#1708.
  • /questions/what-is-the-model-execute-catalog-capability.html: inputs/outputs, fail-closed reasons, relation to ExactModelHost, what is not true yet.

Both wired into the questions hub and llms.txt. No host Certified, no Python SDK, no Hugging Face integration claimed.

Local astro build passes on Node 22 (220 URLs).
