So i was testing today the Virtua Fighter 3 Team Battle with my new PC since my old one has died 3 months ago and this happened

Probably this is related to KAGE costume 2 ? It seems to always occur when both Players have 2 wins, on the Next / Final Round this happens.... and happens the entire round until someone wins/loses the round.
