Motivation

• Fix the testpoint placement false positive reproduced in #469, with this fix stacked on that repro.

Before

• A bottom SMT pad on same-net plated copper reports a footprint overlap even when it clears the drill.
• 

After

• Allow same-net copper contact across circular, oval, slotted, and polygon plated-pad geometry, including rotation and offsets. Keep errors for drill intrusion, different-net contact, and overlapping plated holes. Update circuit-json to 0.0.534 and @tscircuit/circuit-json-util to 0.0.129; the refreshed polygon snapshot shows allowed same-net contact alongside drill and different-net edge errors. All 688 tests, type checking, touched-file formatting, and build pass.
