[Copilot]

The Update GitHub Profile Page GitHub Actions job failed while pushing to umutphp/umutphp due to an authentication failure in umutphp/github-action-dynamic-profile-page@v4. This PR updates the workflow to the current action major version to restore compatible push/auth behavior.

• Workflow update

  • Bumped action version in .github/workflows/gadpp.yml:
    • umutphp/github-action-dynamic-profile-page@v4 → @v5

• Minimal change scope

  • No workflow logic changes beyond the action version bump.
  • Existing secrets/config inputs are unchanged.
