CTX7-3190: Remove the ctx7 skills install option from Upstash skills docs

Summary

• Removes the "Context7 CLI" option (npx ctx7 skills install upstash/skills) from the install list on agent-resources/skills.mdx, and regenerates llms-full.txt.
• The ctx7 skills commands are removed in CTX7-3190: Remove deprecated Skill Hub commands from ctx7 CLI context7#3425, and their server API in upstash/context7app#1415. After those ship, the command no longer works. The other install options on the page (npx skills add upstash/skills and the agent-specific ones) are unchanged.

Merge this before or with the next ctx7 release.
