feat: 모바일 일정·지도·채팅 사용성 개선 배포

변경 내용

• 모바일 시간 선택기를 개선하고 장소 카드 이미지에서 인앱 지도로 이동하도록 변경합니다.
• 채팅 새 메시지 미리보기와 읽음 경계를 개선합니다.
• 메모·지출 바텀시트 표시 문제를 수정하고 사이드바와 약관 페이지 탐색을 개선합니다.
• 개발 화면의 TanStack 도구 버튼을 숨깁니다.

변경 이유

• dev에 통합된 사용성 개선과 화면 오류 수정을 배포에 반영합니다.

테스트

• npm run lint
• npm test
• npm run build
• 그 외 수동 검증: 모바일 시간 선택, 장소 카드 지도 이동, 채팅 읽음 표시, Safari 바텀시트 확인

이번 PR 생성 작업에서는 테스트를 별도로 실행하지 않았습니다.
