fix(map):지도 벽에 부딪히는 버그, 허공 보는 버그 수정

변경 내용

• 먼곳으로 이동할 때 에니메이션이 아니라 번쩍 이동하도록 수정
• 모바일 일차 조회할때 (경로탐색 페이지에서 Dayn 클릭할 때 ) 거리가 너무 멀면 가운데 보던 버그 수정 (부산 - 샌프란시스코일 경우 태평양 한가운데를 보다가 이제는 부산을 봄)

변경 이유

• 먼 곳으로 이동할 때 벽 방향으로 이동해서 허공을 보는 현상
• 모바일 입장시 너무 먼 거리에 장소가 있으면 화면이 너무 축소되거나 가운데 허공을 보는 현상

테스트

• npm run lint
• npm test
• npm run build
• 그 외 수동 검증: PC크롬, PC 사파리, 모바일 아이폰 사파리 에뮬, 모바일 안드로이드 크롬 기기 테스트
