fix(logout):로그아웃 안되는 오류 수정

변경 내용

• next 캐싱 문제로 로그아웃이 안되는 버그 수정함

변경 이유

• 홈 화면에서 푸터를 보고 5분 이내로 로그아웃하면 로그아웃은 되는데 /home으로 이동되고 /로 이동 안되는 버그 있음

테스트

• npm run lint
• npm test
• npm run build
• 그 외 수동 검증: 사파리,크롬,모바일 테스트
