Promote the reviewed workflow-only fixes from dev to stable main. Prepare starts on main to preserve annotated tags; draft metadata targets main explicitly. Exact tag SHA, ancestry, CI, signatures, corresponding source and all-platform publication gates remain enforced. The v1.1.0 tag is unchanged at 582228f. Merge after all required checks using a merge commit.
