Add support for the web origin private file system (OPFS). So it supports temporary files on the web target.

Cleanups (only support filesDirectory() on all platforms, removed async duplicates of write and delete because they where already suspend functions so they can directly supported on web.)

Implemented WebFile snapshot when creating a OriginPrivateFile to support file size and last modified time. Can be updated with PlatformFile.update() to refresh metadata.
