Replace the temporality and knowledge equity steps with a final confirmation that shows the expected suspension date and links to the active policies.
Require users to acknowledge the temporary-by-default policy before creating a Wikibase.
Also remove the now obsolete "Intended use" section from the
ManageProfiletab.The design doesn't quite match the provided UX spec currently and there are some other improvements that could be made in a follow up. There is also an issue with the
ExternalLinkcomponent where adding html tags in the content causes formatting issues. These can be addressed in follow-up commits.Bug: T433687
