Review: checks only
Summary. Moves the paged-steps arrows beside the count, comments the Quickstart code and preloads the YAML and Markdown grammars so server and browser highlight alike; checked in the browser, and all 68 docs pages load with no page errors.

Summary
On a paged tutorial, Previous and Next sat below a panel as tall as the longest step, so they were often off screen and easy to miss, and the Next button was a heavy filled block. The arrows now sit beside the step count above the step, where they stay in view, and the step ends with a quiet "Next: " link. The Quickstart's code blocks gain short comments, and one Markdown block on Sync a folder no longer fails hydration.
Changes
steps.tsx: Previous and Next as icon buttons beside the count; a text link to the next step after it; no reserved height, so a short step has no empty space below it. Hidden steps still usehidden="until-found".app.css: the paged-steps styles to match; the bulky button styles are gone.source.config.ts: preload the YAML and Markdown grammars. Shiki loads a language on first use and colours Markdown frontmatter with YAML only once YAML is loaded, so the server and browser coloured Sync a folder'sNotes/Reading list.mdblock differently and React re-rendered the page. This also happens on the live site.STYLE.md: theSteps pagedrow describes the arrows.Testing
pnpm test(366),pnpm build, pnpm build:statusandpnpm types:checkpass.llms.txt, API operations aside) loads with no page errors; before the fix, Sync a folder had a hydration error.Notes for reviewers
Checks only: site layout and wording, checked in the browser.
