Summary

Add the v0.0.33 and v0.0.32 changelog entries, newest first, with October 24 release dates and GitHub release links. The upgrade notes distinguish the core's stale-copy behavior from the server's folder-settings repair, with unchanged database and working-copy schemas checked against the code.

Correct v0.0.30's upgrade advice and document recovery of folders that still store search: send the intended query through folders change --version … --file settings.json. Update Sync a folder, Troubleshooting and the CLI page to explain whole-setting replacement, preservation of omitted declared settings and removal of undeclared stored settings. Sync the generated API description and release references from Marfa main.

Validation

• pnpm build, pnpm build:status, pnpm types:check and pnpm test: passed, 700 tests.
• All four shell test suites run by CI: passed, including 615 sync-script checks.
• Marfa's isolated-server folder-settings upgrade fixture: both --file and --body cases passed after refreshing local build output. Both verify read-back, folder opening and sync.
• Reviewed the staleness report; no other pages need changes. Page-growth report: no warnings. git diff --check: clean.

Read against marfa v0.0.31..v0.0.33 and checked on a real instance: the repair steps (read the version, folders change with query and no search, server at v0.0.33) are exactly what brought August's folder forward. Merging now v0.0.33 is published.
