A request that sends `layouts` is refused `400 validation_error`, and a view saved with `layouts` drops them the next time it is changed. In the CLI, `marfa views create` and `marfa views change` take `--sort` and `--group` in place of `--layouts`, `marfa device items list --layout` and `marfa device views groups --layout` are gone, and so is a group's `sum`. The server's database and the working copy keep the shapes they had in v0.0.34, so an instance needs no export to upgrade.
